The 15-year and Lifetime warranty periods require registration with Touchstone™within 30 days of installation by a Factory Trained Installer. Enter your kit serial number to begin — we'll confirm eligibility before you fill out the rest.

Find the 6-character serial number printed on your kit packaging.

Your installer

Pro warranty coverage requires installation by a Factory Trained Installer using the full Pro install spec.

Photos of the installation (optional)

Upload 5 or fewer JPEG, PNG, or WEBP photos (max 10 MB each). Photos are optional, but they help us verify the install and speed up any future claim.
