When you fill out a form on this site — a contact request, a distributor application, an installer training inquiry, a product-in-your-city request, or a launch-list signup — we collect the details you enter. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your company name, role, and location
• Details about your project, market, or business

We use this information to respond to you, evaluate distributor and installer applications, and manage our relationship with you. Submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system (Pipedrive) so our team can follow up. Providing this information is voluntary, but we can’t respond to a request you don’t submit.

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for measurement, and a business-audience identification service (Apollo.io) that may associate a visit with a company based on network information. These tools set cookies or similar technologies in your browser. We do not use this site to collect this information on our internal application at /app.

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use them for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google’s browser add-on. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” signal; because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, we do not currently respond to it differently.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers who run the site on our behalf — our CRM (Pipedrive), analytics (Google), and audience identification (Apollo.io). They may process your information only to provide their service to us.
• Our distribution and installer partners, when you ask us to connect you with one, so they can follow up on your request.
• Legal and safety reasons — to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights and safety of people and property.
• A business transfer, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to serve you and run our business, and as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected and may opt out of any “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

This site is intended for a business and professional audience. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
