Every Touchstone™ kit carries the Standard warranty out of the box. Installs completed by a Factory Trained Installer using the full Pro install spec upgrade to the Pro warranty — lifetime residential coverage for the original purchaser.

Pro Warranty

- Requires a Factory Trained Installer and the full Pro install spec — accessory pack plus an approved pan, door, enclosure, and sealants

“Lifetime” means the useful life of the product — a period of thirty (30) years — not the lifetime of the owner or of the building in which the product is installed. This page summarizes the program; the full Limited Product Warranty governs in all cases.
What's covered
Both tiers cover defects in materials and workmanship in the Touchstone product itself — including delamination of the porcelain face, cracking not caused by impact or structural movement, and defects in the mechanical track system. Liability is capped at the amortized purchase price of the defective product over the warranty period.
Labor to remove or reinstall the product is not covered by either tier. Sealants and silicone joints are maintenance items and are excluded — this matches the category standard across panel systems. Damage from misuse, modification, or installation outside the documented spec is not covered, and coverage applies only to product purchased from a Company-authorized distributor.
Neither tier is transferable. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only.
Pro install? Register within 30 days.
The online registration form captures the kit serial number, install date, install address, the Factory Trained Installer who completed the job, and a few photos of the finished work. Submit within 30 days of installation to lock in lifetime coverage.
