New Century Sales is now the manufacturers' representative for Regal Building Products in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and western Pennsylvania. They are working the territory today.
If you sell, specify, or install in those markets, you now have someone local to call about the Regal line — for samples, specs, showroom training, or a question in the middle of a project. They carry the catalog, not one product in it.
Who they are
New Century Sales has represented manufacturers in the kitchen and bath industry since 1998, with territory managers in each market and inside sales support behind them. Their stated mission is to work with showrooms and specifiers as a resource in education and technical knowledge, and the people they serve are the ones who decide what goes in a bathroom: showroom consultants, architects, designers, builders, remodelers, and plumbing contractors.
The lines they carry are the reason we went looking for them: Hansgrohe, AXOR, Duravit, and Robern, among others. That is the shelf Touchstone™ belongs on, and New Century already has the relationships that put it there.

What this changes
For showrooms and contractors in the territory: New Century is the front door. They can get you samples, current literature, and a walkthrough of the install method, and they can bring a Factory Trained Installer into a conversation when a project needs one.
For distributors already serving these markets: nothing about your position changes. A rep and a distributor are not competing channels — the rep generates demand and supports the sale, the distributor fulfills it. Where both are present, both do their own job.
For commercial specifiers: New Century can take a project from first question through submittal, and route it to whoever is stocking closest to the site.
